 CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

 

ASSISTANT FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER (45 hours per week)

As the Assistant  F&B Services Manager you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Services Manager and deputise in their absence, to ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service are delivered within the Restaurant, Bar, Lounge & Room Service through effective people management. In addition, you will be required to liaise closely with the Executive Chef and Conference & Private Dining Manager regarding cross-departmental business activity as well as taking an active role in the implementation of the Food & Beverage Strategy ensuring high levels of customer service are delivered. Duties will include: preparation of rotas, stocktakes, training, appraisals, interviewing.

Previous hospitality experience at supervisory level is essential.  Hospitality qualifications preferred.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Your questions answered;

  1. Please email us your CV stating the position you are interested in, alternatively please request an application form from the email address listed.
  2. We shall respond to you within 5 working days. If after one week you have not received a response, please contact us to find out your current stage in the application process.
  3. If your application is successful, you shall be asked to attend an interview at the hotel.
  4. Every candidate shall have a minimum of two interviews, one with a manager in that department and a member of the Human Resources Team. Depending on the role you may be required to attend a trial or a further interview.
  5. The recruitment process may take 2 weeks or longer, this shall depend upon various factors such as the position applied for, the number of applications we receive and the interview process. We will however endeavour to keep you up to date.
